Classic chess is a strategic two-player board game played on an 8×8 grid consisting of 64 squares. Each player begins with 16 pieces: one king, one queen, two rooks, two bishops, two knights, and eight pawns. The objective is to checkmate your opponent’s king, effectively trapping it in a position where capture is unavoidable. This game can be enjoyed against an artificial intelligence opponent or with a second player sharing the same device. Additionally, it offers features for solving chess puzzles.
