Grandma, whose mind is a bit out of tune, has escaped from Durkee in Mexico and is now racing through the city, trying to outrun her pursuers. To avoid being recaptured and sent back to the insane asylum, she must cover a specific distance. Not only are nurses in pursuit, armed with straitjackets, but she also faces a series of challenges—sharp turns, potholes, fences, and other tricky obstacles. As she dashes through the streets, she not only dodges the pursuers but also collects gold coins along the way, adding an extra element of excitement to her daring escape.
